These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hotmama4u.com (the “Site”), operated by Sašo Radović (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility — 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to view sexually explicit material where you live. By using the Site you represent and warrant, under penalty of perjury, that you meet these requirements. Access is age-restricted and verified.
2. The Site
The Site is a free directory, review and comparison service for mature and MILF adult entertainment. We publish original editorial guides and we display live-cam listings supplied by verified 18+ partner platforms.
We host no explicit content of our own. Live thumbnails and streams are served by the partner platform, which remains the publisher of that material and the keeper of its records (see our 2257 Statement).
3. No accounts, no payments
- The Site is free to use. There is no membership, no subscription and no paid tier.
- We do not operate accounts, take payments, store card details, or issue refunds — there is nothing to buy from us.
- If you choose to sign up or spend money on a partner platform, that transaction is solely between you and that platform, on their terms and with their billing. Check their pricing and cancellation terms before you pay.

4. Acceptable use — what you may NOT do
You agree not to:
- Record, screen-capture, redistribute or resell any partner content shown through the Site
- Circumvent age verification or any security measure
- Upload, post, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual content
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose or to harass any person
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access content
Violation may result in your access being blocked and, where warranted, legal action.
5. Intellectual property
Our editorial text, design and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright. Live thumbnails, streams and performer material belong to the respective partner platforms and their performers; we display them under those partners’ affiliate programmes and claim no ownership of them.
6. User conduct & content reports
We prohibit and will remove content that is non-consensual, depicts minors, or otherwise violates law or our Complaints Policy. To report content, use our DMCA / Content Removal or Complaints channels. We respond promptly to valid reports.
7. Third-party services & affiliates
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. live-cam partners) and may earn affiliate commissions. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sašo Radović, its officers, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
