Sašo Radović (“we”, “us”), operator of hotmama4u.com, respects intellectual property rights and the rights of all individuals. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512) and to requests for removal of non-consensual or unlawful content.
1. Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA takedown)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and its URL on the Site, sufficient for us to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously.
2. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
3. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or partners who are repeat infringers.
4. Non-consensual content & removal requests
Separately from copyright, we provide a fast-track removal process for any person depicted in content who:
- did not consent to the content being created or published; or
- has withdrawn consent; or
- believes the content is otherwise unlawful (including any depiction of a minor — which we treat with the highest priority and zero tolerance).
To request removal, email info@hotmama4u.com with the subject “CONTENT REMOVAL REQUEST” and the URL(s). We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content promptly, and report illegal content (such as any suspected CSAM) to the relevant authorities including NCMEC.
5. Good faith
We act in good faith on all valid reports and may, where required, preserve and disclose information to law enforcement.
