This Privacy Policy explains how Sašo Radović (“HotMama4U”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operator of hotmama4u.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data. We are committed to processing your data lawfully under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable laws.
By using the Site you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are (Data Controller)

2. Information we collect
We practice data minimisation — we collect only what we need.
a) You provide directly:
- Email address (account, newsletter, marketing)
- Username and password (stored hashed; we never see your plain password)
- Billing information — processed directly by our payment processor (CCBill). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
b) Collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device, operating system
- Pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7)
c) Age verification:
- For age-restricted access we use age assurance. We store only the result of a verification check (pass/fail) and a timestamp. We do not store copies of government IDs or biometric data. Where a third-party provider (e.g. Yoti) is used, verification occurs on their privacy-preserving infrastructure and returns an anonymised token.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and operate the Site and your membership
- Process payments and manage subscriptions, trials, renewals, and cancellations (via CCBill)
- Verify you are of legal age
- Send service messages (receipts, renewal reminders, security notices)
- Send marketing emails with your consent — you can unsubscribe anytime
- Prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse; ensure security
- Comply with legal obligations (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping)
4. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
- Contract: to provide the membership you purchased
- Consent: marketing emails, non-essential cookies (withdrawable anytime)
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement
- Legal obligation: tax, record-keeping, age-verification law
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with:
- CCBill (and any backup processor) — payment processing
- Hosting / CDN providers (e.g. MojoHost, Bunny.net) — to deliver the Site
- Age-verification provider (e.g. Yoti) — where required by your region
- Email service provider — to send transactional and (consented) marketing email
- Law enforcement / regulators — where legally required
We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our processors. Some providers are located in the United States; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Data retention
- Account data: while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure
- Billing/transaction records: as required by tax and financial law
- Age-verification result: retained as required by applicable age-verification law
- 2257 records: none held by us — we produce and host no content; partner platforms keep those records (see our 2257 Statement)
7. Cookies
We use:
- Essential cookies — required for login and security (no consent needed)
- Analytics cookies — only after you accept via the cookie banner
- Affiliate / marketing cookies — load only after consent
You can manage choices via the cookie banner or your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies will not block access to the Site.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to: access, rectify, erase (“right to be forgotten”), restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request disclosure and deletion and may opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, email info@hotmama4u.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 30 days). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and tokenised payments. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
10. Children
The Site is strictly for adults 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact info@hotmama4u.com immediately.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
